This session will review current legal issues and HOA disputes regarding FFL implementation, including difficulties with interpretation of the statute, example law suits and outcomes, and review strategies that homeowners and HOA board members can use when working together to install a Florida-Friendly landscape.

This course provides an overview of Florida State Statute 373.185, the legislation concerning Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ and how it affects communities and homeowner associations (HOAs), using experience from FFL/HOA case studies.
