After a lifetime as a licensed professional engineer, Allen is now focused on advancing the People’s Alliance for Sustaining Our Posterity (PASOP), whose mission is to initiate and sustain serious, meaningful, open and intellectually honest civil dialogue regarding the nature of our social, economic, political, moral, and legal obligations to ourselves and our posterity. Allen is the founder of PASOP and co-founder of ASBRO, an environmental engineering group specializing in application of Managed Aquatic Plant Systems (MAPS) for water treatment and nutrient recovery.
