Barbara works at the Law Offices of Stage & Associates, P.A. where she represents community associations and homeowners in complex business litigation as well as reviews restrictive covenants, rules and regulations, bylaws, and articles of incorporation of community associations for drafting amendments. She also counsels community associations in the proper operation of an association, participates in mediations, settlement negotiations, discovery, and litigation involving community associations, represents associations in general matters and litigation, and facilitates presentations to community associations for board member training and certification.

Barbara is on the Advisory Committee for University of Florida/IFAS Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ Program.

Barbara is a graduate of Florida A&M University – College of Law. She holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University.
