Dr. Ali has over 30 years of experience in the Green Industry. He supervises all training and technical support programs for Davey offices throughout the US and Canada. Dr. Ali served as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Southwestern State College and at Hodges University in Ft. Myers, FL.

Dr. Ali is an Entomologist by training. He is a Board-Certified Master Arborist and served on the Board of Directors and as President of the Florida Chapter, International Society of Arboriculture.

Dr. Ali has written a book on Pest Management in the Landscape. In addition, he has presented 130 scientific and training seminars, attended 135 conferences, symposia and workshops and authored more than 300 scientific and trade-oriented articles.

Master’s degree in plant protection and pest management, University of California at Davis
Ph.D. in entomology, Louisiana State University.
